Microsoft to Own Everything?

And who doesn't know Microsoft, one of the giants that own the world today.

Suddenly, Microsoft announces the acquisition of the video game giant, Bethesda.

One of the masters of RPG video games. Founded on June 28, 1986 and located in Maryland, USA.

With games such as Fallout, the immersive and fun role-playing game set in the post-apocalyptic era, and notably the Elder Scroll series, with Skyrim on the throne of the role-playing game (RPG) genre that takes place in medieval times and has reigned for nearly a decade since its release in 2011.

ELDER SCROLL SKYRIM / FALLOUT 4

Bethesda has undoubtedly suffered a severe setback since the release of the latest Fallout game, which wasn't what its fans expected, i.e. Fallout 76, as much as Fallout 4 has succeeded in every aspect of video game terminology, as much as Fallout 76 has failed as such, with the introduction of a multiplayer system that was supposed to be a good idea, well... turned out to be a pretty good idea for the company's critics, at least that. Is that a reason to abandon such a renowned company?

It's probably deeper than that... Microsoft, as we know, owns the big console that has been competing with the Playstation for quite a while. More precisely, since the release of the original Xbox on November 15, 2001, it's been at the same level as Sony's PS2.

It's clear that Sony has dominated a few big names in the gaming world. And with the release of the new consoles later this year, the PS5 and the XBOX ONE Series X, Microsoft has taken a better approach to making exclusives to deal with Sony Playstation's intimidating exclusivity system.

This competition, or rather a war for some, will never end, and I personally hope it will, because after all, it's all good for us, the customers.
